At goldberfy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Item must not be damaged by the customer

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used items

Return Process

To start a return, contact us:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if item is damaged

We will provide return instructions.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item:

  • If approved, refund will be issued to original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable (unless our error)


Exchanges

We replace items if:

  • Item is defective

  • Item is damaged

  • Wrong item received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if order has been processed.
